Core Host operates a Discord verification bot that checks YouTube channel subscriptions. This Privacy Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Access

When you verify your YouTube subscription, we request the following from your Google account:

• Read-only access to your YouTube subscription list
• Your Google account email address (for identification only)

Data We Store

We store the following minimal data to maintain your verified status:

• Your Discord user ID
• Your Discord server ID
• Verification status (subscribed / not subscribed)
• Date and time of verification
• OAuth tokens (encrypted, used only for periodic subscription checks)

We do not store your Google email address, YouTube account details, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Verifying your YouTube subscription status
• Assigning or removing the subscriber role in Discord
• Periodic checks (every 6 hours) to confirm continued subscription

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

Data Retention

Your verification data is retained as long as you are a member of the Discord server. If you leave the server or request deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Revoke Google OAuth access via your Google account settings
• Ask what data we hold about you
